• It is advisable to only dry clean your silk sarees, avoid hand-washing or machine-washing them.
• Always store the saree in the cotton muslin cloth provided, this will give the saree breathing space and will prevent one saree from sticking to another when kept in a pile.
• Every few months, remove the saree and change the fold so that it does not get frayed along the folds.
• In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with a clean damp cloth.
• Never hang a silk saree to dry in direct sunlight as doing so will cause the colour to fade.
• Do not keep the saree bundled up as this will result in the threads of the embroidery work getting entangled.
• Use low heat while ironing the sarees. Steam iron is the best, but if you do not have one then you can spray a little water with a sprayer and iron it out.

Shipping

We aim to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Any delay in processing will be informed upfront via email or phone.

We use Australia post as our logistics partner and we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays or damages caused by Auspost.

Pickup

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please call us to arrange a suitable day and time to pick it up. You have 2 weeks from the day you place your order to pick it up. After that your order will be canceled and your payment refunded. If you are unable to pick your order up in 2 weeks, call us and we will work something out.
