Refund policy
All products are dispatched after quality check. If you have recieved a wrong or damaged product, kindly email us at with the photos within 24 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns solely rests with Korvai team.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or being disliked by the client.
All photos are taken under natural lighting and have made our best effort in reproducing the exact colour. However the colour may sometimes look different due it being a shot colour (two different colour threads used in warp and weft of the saree) or due to your device settings and hence returns/exchange is not possible for deviations in colour. We highly recocmend you to get in touch with us and set an appointment for a video call if you are unsure of the colour.
We largely sell handloom products and there could be weaving inconsistencies in those products that ate NOT considered as defects. Some examples of weaving inconsistencies include but not limited to residual threads bunched together in tiny knots - commonly known as 'slubs', tiny thread gaps in and around the motifs or in the body or pallu, uneven threads connecting border and body, dyed threads running over the pallu giving it a 'bleed' effect, small bumps of threads in the saree, etc.
Once we decide to accept the request, It shall take a week’s time to refund or exchange. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return. The cost of returns are to be borne by the customer.
